Beginning with GAIA’s signature foot ritual, guests select their chosen body oil blend for the treatment. From here, they will receive a relaxing back cleanse, exfoliation, and a back and shoulder massage. This is followed with the application of the refreshing Strengthening Fitness Gel to soothe tension.

The treatment continues with a radiance facial, including a gentle exfoliation, finished with a nurturing leg and foot massage, leaving guests with a radiant glow inside and out.
