Monday-Saturday:10:00AM-6:30PM Sunday & Bank holidays: 10:00AM-6:00PM


Age Requirements

Minimum age for spa treatments and thermal suite: 16 years Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times

Arrival Times

Treatments: Arrive at least 20 minutes early

Thermal Suite + Treatment: Arrive 2 hours before treatment

Robes and slippers are provided for hotel guests in Superior Rooms & Suites


What's Provided

Robe and towel are included

Please bring flip flops (available to purchase at spa reception)

Swimwear is mandatory in the thermal suite


Health Conditions

Please inform us of any:

  • A doctor's note may be required


Pregnancy

Treatments available for expectant / nursing mothers (after 12 weeks)


Cancer care

Treatments available for guests undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment - please advise us when booking


Spa Etiquette

The spa is a quiet, tranquil space

Mobile phones are not permitted

Relaxation Rooms are whisper areas


Thermal Suite

Included with:

  • 90-minute Treatments

Can be added separately: €26.50per person

Last Entry Times:

  • Monday-Saturday:5:00PM
  • Sunday & Bank holidays:4:30PM

Facilities close 30 minutes before spa closes

Booking in advance recommended

Use of the thermal suite is subject to medical status.

Not suitable for:

  • Expectant mothers

  • Guests under going cancer treatments


Cancellation Policy

100% charge if not cancelled 24 hours before start time.

Treatment times may be adjusted - We will endeavour to contact you in advance to make you aware of your updated start time

Treatments include:

  • Homecare recommendations

Please note that treatments included within our spa packages may vary in duration and content. Adjustments may be made to accommodate individual needs, therapist availability, or seasonal offerings. We strive to ensure that all treatments deliver a consistent and high-quality experience, but specific treatment times and details are subject to change without prior notice.

The Hotel is not responsible for lost or damaged items.
