Age Requirements The minimum age requirement for spa treatments and access to the thermal suite is strictly over 16 years (under 18 years require an adult with them at all times).

Arrival Time Non-residents are advised to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the treatment. If you have booked or have the thermal suite included with the treatment please arrive 90 minutes prior to your treatment time. The spa reception team will show you to the changing rooms. Residents are advised to arrive to the spa in a robe and slippers from their room.

What we Provide Robes and towels are provided on the visit. Guests are asked to bring flip flops to wear whilst in the spa. Alternatively Ciuin flip flops are available to purchase at the spa reception. Swimwear is mandatory in the thermal suite.

Health Conditions Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, recent medical or cosmetic procedures, which could affect our treatment/facilities options when making your spa reservation. Guests may be, requested to provide a note from a GP as a safety precaution.

Pregnancy We have specifically designed treatments for expectant and nursing mothers. Expectant mothers must be over 12 weeks pregnant for treatments.

Cancer Care Treatments Please advise the spa reception team upon making the booking if you are undergoing treatment or have undergone treatment for cancer. We have specifically designed treatments with a number of specialised therapists.

Spa Etiquette Our spa is one of relaxation and tranquillity. In light of this we ask that mobile phones are not used in the spa and the relaxation rooms are whisper zones.

Thermal Suite GAIA Rituals and 90 minute treatments include use of the thermal suite. Alternatively the thermal suite can be added for €25pp.

The thermal suites last entry times: Monday-Saturday 5pm and Sunday 4.30pm. The thermal suite facilities close 30 minutes prior to the spa closing.

Use of the thermal suite is subject to availability (weekend availability can be limited) it's recommended to book in advance.

Use of the thermal suite is subject to medical status.

This area is not suitable for expectant mothers or guests undergoing cancer care.

Cancellation Policy A 100% cancellation charge will be incurred for any treatment or Thermal Suite booking not cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival time.

Treatments Guests may be requested to move the treatment start time. We will endeavour to contact you in advance to make you aware of your updated start time. All treatments include time for changing, short consultation and aftercare advice.

Valuables The Slieve Russell Hotel does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage of any personal items.

Check Out Guests must check out at the spa reception before leaving the spa to ensure the treatment/thermal suite charge has been processed. payments must be processed on the day of the treatment. There is also an option to pay in advance of your treatment. There is no service charge on treatments. Gratuities are at the guests discretion.

The management reserves the right to alter or amend any aspect of the contents of the Ciuin web pages at any time without prior notice.

The management reserves the right to close any area of the thermal suite without prior notice for essential maintenance.
