IS Clinical Fire & Ice is a results led intensive clinical treatment, combining glycolic acid with retinol to resurface the skin, treat problematic skin, reduce fine lines, smooth and encourage cellular renewal. The facial comprises of two professional treatment masques combined with carefully selected IS Clinical pharmaceutical grade formulations to optimise results and create a treatment that bridges the gap between a mild facial and an invasive peel.
**This treatment is not suitable if any of the following apply:**
Have experienced an adverse reaction to a glycolic or chemical peel prior.
Have any auto immune conditions.
Have active Herpes simplex or warts.
Been prescribed Vitamin A such as Roaccutane used in the last 6 months.
Currently taking an active high dose of Vitamin B5 supplement.
Continue to have excessive sun exposure.
Have recently undergone any type of facial surgical procedures.
Have recently or currently undergoing radioactive or chemotherapy treatments.
Have sunburn, windburn or broken skin or have recently waxed, shaved or have recently used a depilatory such as Nair.
Tretinoin must be discontinued for one skin cycle before receiving the Fire & Ice Facial Treatment. Clients skin condition and degree of photoaging will need to be taken into consideration before proceeding.
Pre Treatment Advice
Please note waxing or laser should be avoided on areas to be treated for 48 hours prior / post treatment.
Avoid heat in the skin for up to three hours prior to treatment.
Use of the Thermal Suite is not recommended prior or post treatment.
Pre-natal treatments are available after 12 weeks.
Please bring flip flops / water bottle with you, alternatively these can be purchased at the spa reception. Suitable footwear is required to be worn at all times whilst in the spa.
